Prince George’s County Single Cigar Ban Deemed Constitutional

Yesterday, The Washington Post‘s Breaking News Blog reported that Judge Sean D. Wallace has decided on the legality of Prince George’s County (MD) legislation that banned the sale of single cigars, requiring stores to sell them in packages of at least five. Wallace ruled that the legislation did notviolate the plantiff’s due process or equal protections rights.
