Pete Johnson’s La Vérité Tatuaje A.O.C. to Hit Market (Video)

From Cigar Aficionado Magazine comes news that Pete Johnson‘s La Vérité Tatuaje A.O.C. is about to hit the market. Johnson is taking an unorthodox, vintner-type approach to this brand using tobacco from a single vintage and a single farm. Even the aging is being done differently from the norm. According to Johnson:

It’s like aging wine in a bottle. I’d rather age the tobacco gracefully in the rolled cigar instead of in the bales. A lot of people will say that I’m rushing this process, but if the tobacco is properly fermented and aged, I think you can use it right away.
